What is the typical shipping time for gas appliances and fittings?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Large freight items like furnaces or water heaters may require additional coordination.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Natural Gas Connection is a retail supplier only. For safety and warranty compliance, we strongly recommend that all gas-related products be installed by a licensed and certified HVAC professional or gas fitter.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that gas components that have been installed or connected to a fuel source cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Are your products compatible with Propane (LP) as well as Natural Gas?
Many of our products are dual-fuel compatible or include conversion kits. Please check the specific product specifications page or contact our support team to verify compatibility before purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
