At Natural Gas Connection, we stand behind the quality of our gas appliances and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Package Your Order

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and safety components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
